From that gap, Elvoir was born — a fragrance house proudly rooted in Sri Lanka, with a mission to redefine how the nation experiences scent.

To bring our vision to life, we went straight to the source: France, the world’s perfume capital. Our founder trained at the prestigious Grasse Institute of Perfumery, gaining hands-on experience with a world-renowned French fragrance house. This journey of learning and collaboration shaped Elvoir’s unique approach to perfumery — blending European craftsmanship with a deep understanding of the Sri Lankan market.
