Shipping policy

Standard Shipping

We offer standard shipping for all orders within Sri Lanka. Our team works diligently to ensure that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

  • Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 2-3 business days from the time your order is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in Sri Lanka.
  • Shipping Fee: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. The cost will be displayed before you confirm your order.

Express Shipping

If you need your order delivered more quickly, we also offer express shipping. To request express shipping, please contact us directly before placing your order or immediately after placing it, and we will arrange expedited delivery through third-party delivery services such as PickMe or Uber.

  • Delivery Time for Express Shipping: Express shipping usually takes 1 business day, depending on your location.
  • Express Shipping Fees: Express shipping fees vary based on your location and the delivery method chosen. Once you contact us, we will provide you with the exact cost before processing your order.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day of receiving your order, Monday through Friday.
  • Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete to avoid delays. If there are any issues with your shipping address or payment, we will contact you promptly.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently, we only ship within Sri Lanka. We are not yet offering international shipping.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure you provide a valid street address.

Delivery Issues

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or third-party delivery issues. If your package is delayed or if you encounter any problems with your delivery, please contact our customer service team, and we will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or if it is lost during transit, please contact us immediately at elvoir.lk@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item (if applicable). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and either send a replacement or offer a full refund.
