Returns

At ELVOIR, we aim to provide you with only the finest perfumes. Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or defective upon receipt.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you believe your product is defective, we want to make it right. In such cases, we offer a full refund or replacement. To ensure a smooth process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us Immediately: Email our customer service team at [email@elvoir.com] within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:

    • Your order number
    • A detailed description of the issue
    • Photos of the damaged or defective product (if applicable)
  2. Return Instructions: Once we verify the issue, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the damaged or defective item at no additional cost to you.

  3. Refund or Replacement: Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or send you a replacement product, depending on your preference.

Refund Process

Refunds for damaged or defective items will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after the return is processed.

  • Shipping Costs: If the item is defective or damaged, we will also cover the return shipping costs.
  • Non-refundable Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or defective.

Non-returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Specially customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards
