1. General Terms

Shipping fees, taxes, and duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location.
ELVOIR is not responsible for delays or issues caused by the carrier, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
6. Returns and Refunds

In the event of any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Site, you agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Sri Lanka Arbitration Act. The arbitration will take place in Colombo, Sri Lanka, and the decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding.

ELVOIR reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to our business or other users.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under Sri Lankan law, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
